Squash Scallop Blend

They look like flying saucers, but they taste a lot better. Promise. Grow some of these multicoloured patty pan squashes and see for yourself. From white to dark green – and a couple of cool colours in between – the Scallop Blend Squash is a great addition to any garden.

Kids love the look of them, you’ll love the taste of them. (Hopefully the kids will love the taste of them too, but we won’t try to guarantee that.) They’re great in salads when picked young, and make for a mild, creamy cooked vegetable.
