Spinach Bloomsdale
This heirloom gem boasts a bountiful yield through the seasons, and is large in size, with thick glossy savoyed leaves and without any of the bitter drama (if harvested before shooting up flowering stalks). So make sure to harvest your Bloomsdale Spinach young, and get pumped like Popeye!
Play chef by adding the richly flavoured leaves of the Bloomsdale Spinach to pack a punch in salads or as a cooked green with a drizzle of Olive Oyl (we’ll admit, our jokes are about as heirloom as our varieties are, but we just had to).
